You can change it up by making a peanut butter baked oatmeal, or this delicious cookie baked oat recipe, which literally tastes like dessert! And now I want to share a healthier brownie recipe with you all!
I love a good baked oats because it comes together so easily – especially this recipe. And the best part is that it immediately satisfies that evening craving after dinner when you want something sweet or a dessert.
It is so quick and easy to make. And the best part is that the chocolate used is an organic cocoa powder for a healthy way to enjoy brownies. So many of you loved the peanut butter baked oatmeal, so I wanted to share something similar so you can switch it up.

How To Store Your Healthy Oat Brownies
Once your oatmeal brownies have completely cooled, store them in the fridge to keep them fresh for up to 5 days (if they last that long—they’re seriously that good!). When you’re ready to enjoy one, simply reheat a slice in the microwave for 30–45 seconds.
For longer storage, allow the brownies to cool fully, then wrap each slice individually in cling film and place them in a freezer bag. When you’re ready to eat, you can either let a slice defrost first and heat it in the microwave for 20–30 seconds, or microwave it straight from frozen for 1–2 minutes, heating in 30-second intervals until warmed through.
