Try this easy cottage cheese pizza recipe with a high-protein crust. Quick, healthy, and customizable—ready in just 30 minutes!

One of my absolute favourite takeaways is a good pizza – nothing quite hits the spot like it when those random cravings kick in. But let’s be honest, making traditional pizza dough at home can be so time-consuming with all the kneading, resting, and rising. That’s why when I kept seeing people rave about a cottage cheese pizza recipe, I was curious but also a little hesitant. I already love my cottage cheese bagels, so I thought… the cottage cheese pizza would definitely come out good too!
And wow – I can’t believe it’s taken me this long! This easy cottage cheese pizza recipe completely blew me away. The crust came out perfectly, with a slightly crisp outside and soft inside, and the fact that it’s a three-ingredient pizza makes it even better. Honestly, I finished the whole thing in minutes because it was that good.
If you’ve ever wanted a quick, healthier way to satisfy your pizza cravings without all the dough prep, this cottage cheese pizza base is about to be your new go-to. It’s simple, delicious, and a great option if you’re looking for a healthy cottage cheese pizza that doesn’t compromise on taste.

Easy Cottage Cheese Pizza Recipe
Ingredients Needed
- Cottage Cheese
- Plain flour
- Eggs
How To Make This Delicious Cottage Cheese Pizza
- Preheat your oven to 200°C.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese, eggs, and flour. Mix until well combined.
- Line a non-stick baking tray with parchment paper, then pour the mixture on top. Using a spoon, gently spread it out in a circular motion to form your pizza base—just be careful not to make it too thin.

- Bake for about 20 minutes, or until the base turns golden. If it needs a little longer, leave it in for an extra 3–5 minutes, but keep an eye on it so it doesn’t burn. Once done, let it cool slightly for 3–5 minutes.
- Spread over some tomato passata (or any pizza sauce you like), sprinkle on your cheese, and add your toppings—I went with salami slices, but feel free to customize it however you like.

- Return the pizza to the oven for another 10 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Take it out, allow it to cool for a few minutes, slice it up, and enjoy your homemade cottage cheese pizza!
