These Greek yogurt pancakes are unbelievably soft, fluffy, and melt-in-your-mouth delicious. Trust me, you’ll want to make them again and again.

I’ve been making my no-blender lemon cottage cheese pancakes for years now, and we literally have them every single Sunday without fail. One day, we wanted pancakes for a snack but had run out of cottage cheese, so I decided to experiment with a Greek yogurt pancakes recipe using ingredients I already had at home. Since then, I haven’t stopped making them!
These fluffy Greek yogurt pancakes turned out incredibly soft, light, and delicious. Honestly, I wasn’t surprised because Greek yogurt has a way of making baked goods and pancakes extra soft and moist. The addition of banana also gives them a naturally sweet flavour, making them taste even better.
One of the best things about these healthy Greek yogurt pancakes is how simple they are to make. They require just a few everyday ingredients that you probably already have in your kitchen. Plus, they contain some protein from the Greek yogurt, making them a great option whenever you’re craving something sweet and satisfying.
In this post, I’ll be sharing my easy Greek yogurt pancakes recipe, along with step-by-step instructions so you can make them at home. I hope you love them as much as we do! Greek Yogurt Pancakes Ingredients
- Ripe banana
- Full-fat Greek yogurt
- Egg
- Flour
- Baking powder
- Maple syrup
- Coconut oil (for cooking)

How To Make This Easy Greek Yogurt Pancakes Recipe
- Mash the banana until smooth, then add all the ingredients and mix well until fully combined.
- Heat a pan over low-medium heat and add a little coconut oil. Spoon about ¼ cup of batter into the pan, using a spoon to scrape out every bit.
- Cook until you see small bubbles forming around the edges (about 2 minutes), then flip and cook the other side for another 2 minutes, keeping an eye on it so it doesn’t burn.
- Serve with your favourite toppings — I love almond butter, blueberries, and a light drizzle of maple syrup. It’s such a good combination.
