Make this easy tzatziki recipe in just 5 minutes! Creamy, refreshing, and perfect as a dip or sauce for gyros, kebabs, and more.

Every time I visit a Turkish restaurant, they serve tzatziki sauce on the side, and it’s always been my favorite! I’ve often wondered how to recreate that creamy, refreshing flavor at home, but my past attempts never quite matched up—until I perfected this easy tzatziki recipe. It tastes just as good as the authentic tzatziki sauce you get at restaurants, and the best part? It takes less than five minutes to prep!
This Greek tzatziki recipe is incredibly versatile—I love serving it with my Adana kebab, swapping it in for the original sauce in my tandoori chicken rice bowl, and, of course, pairing it with a classic chicken gyro. Whether you use it as a dip, spread, or side sauce, this simple tzatziki recipe will quickly become a favorite.
I hope you enjoy it as much as we do! If you try it, don’t forget to share your creations on Instagram and tag me @lotsoflovemariam—I’d love to see them!
