How To Make This Delicious Turkish Pasta
- Start by finely chopping your onion. Then, cook your pasta according to the package instructions.
- While the pasta boils, heat a teaspoon of butter in a preheated pan.
- Add the chopped onion and sauté for 1–2 minutes until softened.
- Stir in the ground beef, breaking it apart with a spatula or spoon as it cooks.
- Add all the spices (curry powder, salt, paprika, onion powder, black pepper) and mix thoroughly, continuing to break the meat into small pieces.
- Cook until the beef is browned and slightly crispy around the edges (almost burnt—but trust me, this is what makes it delicious! Just don’t actually burn it 😂).
- Once the pasta is cooked, drain it and set it aside.
- In a small saucepan, melt some butter over low heat. Stir in paprika until well combined, then remove from heat.
- In a bowl, combine the Greek yogurt with minced garlic and salt to taste. Mix until smooth.
- In a wide serving bowl, layer the cooked pasta at the bottom. Spoon the yogurt sauce over the pasta, followed by the cooked ground beef.
- Top with chopped cherry tomatoes and freshly chopped parsley. Finally, drizzle the paprika butter sauce generously over the dish.
- When ready to eat, mix everything together to combine the flavors and enjoy the deliciousness!

How To Store Your Turkish Pasta
Store all the components separately in the fridge: yogurt, cherry tomatoes, parsley, cooked ground beef, and pasta. Ensure the pasta and beef are completely cooled before refrigerating.
When you’re ready to eat, simply reheat the pasta and beef, then assemble the dish for a fresh and delicious meal!
