Productivity Essentials
1. Planner/Calender
A planner or calendar is essential for keeping track of your tasks, appointments, and goals. Choose one that fits your style, whether it’s a paper planner or a digital planner/calendar app.
In my opinion, a planner is non-negotiable—if you’re not using one, you haven’t tapped into real productivity. Writing things down makes a big difference; I always say, if it’s not written down, it won’t get done.
Paper Planner
The colour ‘linen dreams’ is also available which is absolutely stunning! This planner has everything inside to keep you organised and productive.
Digital Planners/Calender
Google Calender
Google Calendar is a popular choice for scheduling tasks and staying organized. This makes planning and staying organised while on the go!
Notion
Notion has quickly become a favourite digital planner, offering ready-to-use templates that are easy to download. One standout is The Productivity Method, which features one of the most well-organized Notion templates I’ve encountered!
2. Vision Board Kit
A vision board is a powerful tool to visualize your goals and dreams. Creating a vision board can keep you motivated and focused throughout the year as it is a constant reminder of your goals. Check out my blog post on how to create a vision board.
I personally own this and absolutely love it for my long-term goals. I downloaded and printed some images from Pinterest that symbolise my long-term goals and stuck them on. You can hang this up somewhere you know you will see it every day to be a constant reminder of your yearly or long-term goals!
These make hanging frames so much easier and are super strong. You can use this to hang up your corkboard!
3. Quality Pens And Highlighters
Investing in quality pens and highlighters can make planning and note-taking more enjoyable and efficient. I never knew I needed highlighters until I realised highlighters are the best way to organise your daily schedule through colour coding! Trust me it makes a difference plus they make your planner look so much nicer!
Beautiful highlighters to keep your planning organised and looking pretty.
These pens are perfect if you tend to make a lot of mistakes. You can easily rub the mistake out without crossing things out and making your planner look messy!

4. Notebooks And Journals
Using dedicated notebooks and journals is a great way to organize various areas of your life, from work projects to personal reflections. Journaling for gratitude can also boost a positive mindset, which plays a key role in staying productive and reaching your goals.
This journal is perfect for embracing creativity!
Most planners do not have enough lined note pages so having a notebook will ensure you have enough pages to make all your important notes in!
This is a gratitude journal I personally designed to help people cultivate a positive mindset.
5. Office Desk Essentials
These office desk essentials will help keep your home office organised. A tidy workspace can boost productivity and reduce stress (trust me clutter can make you feel super overwhelmed!). A desk organizer will help you keep your stationery, documents, and gadgets in order.
Use a desk tray to organize papers and documents.
Keep your pens, pencils, and highlighters easily accessible with this pen holder.
Store smaller items like paper clips, sticky notes, and USB drives in a drawer organizer.
6. Work From Home Essentials
Comfort is essential for productivity. Ergonomic office supplies can prevent discomfort and improve your work efficiency.
Invest in a chair that supports good posture.
A laptop stand can help position your screen at eye level, reducing neck strain. This is definitely something I need to invest in for the new year as I noticed my neck pains get worse this year due to how much I work on my laptop.
Constantly sitting down can harm your health which can later affect productivity. A standing desk will allow you to work comfortably while standing too!
7. Inspirational Books
