Post Workout Energy Bites

These post workout energy bites are quick, no-bake, and packed with natural ingredients—perfect for a healthy, energy-boosting snack!
Servings: 50 balls

Ingredients

  • 5 cups organic jumbo oats
  • 1½ cups peanut butter or a nut butter of your choice
  • 1 cup honey
  • 8 tbsp chia seeds
  • ⅓–½ cup sunflower seeds
  • ½ cup chocolate chips
  • ½ cup roasted pecans or a nut of your choice

Instructions

  • Add all the ingredients to a large bowl and mix well until fully combined. The mixture will be quite sticky.
  • Place the bowl in the fridge for 15–20 minutes to allow it to firm up slightly—this makes it much easier to roll into balls.
  • Once chilled, remove the mixture from the fridge and roll into bite-sized balls. This recipe should make around 50 energy bites, depending on the size.

  • Enjoy 1–2 immediately, or place them back in the fridge for another 10 minutes if you prefer a firmer texture.
  • For longer storage, these energy bites are freezer-friendly (check how to store section in the blog). Simply store them in the freezer and take out 1–2 a few minutes before eating—they’ll soften and return to their normal texture within about 5 minutes.
