Ingredients

  • 500 grams ground beef
  • 6 mini wraps (sometimes I even manage to make 8)
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1/2 tsp salt (or to taste)
  • 1/2 tsp garlic granules
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp freshly chopped coriander
  • 1 small red onion
  • romaine lettuce (as much as you want in each taco)
  • a few drops of worcestershire Sauce
  • cheese of your choice (as much as you want(
  • 3 tbsp mayo
  • 2 tbsp sriracha sauce
  • a pinch of salt, black pepper, garlic granules, paprika

Instructions

  • In a bowl, mix ground beef with salt, pepper, garlic granules, chopped coriander, and an egg yolk until well combined. Set aside.
  • Thinly slice red onions. In a preheated pan, melt a knob of butter and cook onions for 2-3 minutes until softened. Add a few drops of Worcestershire sauce and cook until caramelized. Set aside.
  • Wash and thinly slice the romaine lettuce. Make sure you pat dry them with tissue after.
  • In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, sriracha, salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic granules until well combined. Set aside.
  • Place a slightly larger than golf ball-sized portion of the beef mixture on each mini wrap and flatten evenly.
  • Preheat a pan with 1/2 tsp butter. Cook beef side down for 1-2 minutes, flip, and cook until the wrap is golden and crispy. Flip again to ensure beef is cooked through.
  • Sprinkle grated cheese on top to melt. Remove tacos from the pan and place on paper towels to absorb excess oil.
  • Top each taco with sauce, cooked onions, and lettuce. Enjoy!
