How To Make This Easy And High Protein Tuna Pizza
- Preheat your oven to 200°C. In a large bowl, combine the cottage cheese, eggs, flour, and a pinch of salt, then mix until smooth.
- Line a baking tray with a non-stick sheet and pour the mixture on top. Use the back of a spoon to gently spread it into a medium–large pizza base.

- Bake for 20–25 minutes.
- While the base cooks, thinly slice your white onion. Heat ghee in a pan, then add the onions along with salt and pepper (go easy on the salt—about ¼ tsp is enough since the tuna and cheese are already salty). Cook until the onions reach your preferred softness.
- Add the drained tuna to the pan, stir well, drizzle with extra-virgin olive oil, and cook for 1–2 minutes.
- Remove the pizza base from the oven and let it cool for 3–5 minutes. Spread over the tomato Passata, add a layer of cheese, then the tuna mixture, followed by a little more cheese.
