These are just some of the health benefits of the ingredients and why they make these irresistible energy balls the perfect healthy snack!
How To Store:
- Store your energy balls in an airtight container in the fridge. This helps them retain their shape and texture while preserving their taste. The cool temperature of the fridge also prevents the ingredients from melting or becoming too soft.
- If you’ve made a large batch or want to store them for an extended period, energy balls can also be frozen. Place them in an airtight container or freezer bag and store them in the freezer for up to three months. Thaw them in the refrigerator overnight or at room temperature for a few minutes before enjoying them.
