Soft and delicious chickpea blondies made with healthier ingredients than normal blondies. Easy to make and naturally gluten free too!

I kept seeing these chickpea blondies all over TikTok, with everyone raving about them. Honestly, I was a bit skeptical—chickpeas in dessert? But let me reassure you, there’s no chickpea taste at all! These blondies turned out unbelievably delicious—soft, fudgy, and gone within the same day!
This recipe is a breeze to make, too. You throw everything in a blender, making it perfect for those busy days when you want a quick, healthy treat. They’re also great for meal prepping—just cut them up, store them in an airtight container in the fridge, and pop one in the microwave for 10-20 seconds when you’re ready to indulge.
I really hope you enjoy this recipe as much as we did! Your feedback means the world to me, so please leave a comment and a rating below. And don’t forget to tag me @lotsoflovemariam on Instagram or tiktok—I’d love to see your recreations!
